Shipping Policy

All retail deliveries are handled using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail Tracked 24 items are successfully delivered the following day on most occasions. You will receive an email from us once your order is fulfilled, alongside detailed tracking alerts directly from the courier.

Schedule: We dispatch retail flowers from Monday to Friday for delivery windows arriving Tuesday to Saturday.

Daily Cut-Off: Our farm cut-off time for standard retail orders is strictly 12:00 pm (Midday). Orders placed before midday are cut and packed the same working day for next-day delivery, unless you have specifically requested delivery later that week.

Scheduling Dates: Orders can be scheduled up to one week in advance. Please use the designated Order Note Area when placing your purchase to request your chosen delivery day. This is subject to seasonal growth availability, and flower varieties may vary slightly if scheduled far ahead.

Safe Delivery Instructions: Because live flowers are highly perishable, please add special delivery instructions at checkout (such as "leave in a safe place" or "leave with a neighbour") if you know you are not going to be at home to greet the courier.

Due to overnight transit constraints for fresh cut flowers, we cannot deliver retail orders to Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Logistics Network: Standard wholesale trade orders are fulfilled safely by DPD by 12 services.

Specialist Saturday Delivery: We offer weekend shipping pipelines specifically for our trade clients. To receive a wholesale arrival on a Saturday, your order must be routed via Royal Mail. This service does not cost more than standard DPD weekday rates.

Free Weekend Delivery Tier: Orders that meet or exceed our specified free delivery wholesale threshold will not incur additional weekend shipping charges. To claim this option, simply choose the "Royal Mail Saturday Anytime Delivery" parameter during your checkout process.

Wholesale Order Cut-Off: Our processing window for trade accounts closes strictly at 12:00 pm (Midday). Orders submitted after 12:00 pm are moved directly into the next working day's processing queue.

Trade Delivery Point Guidelines: Fresh stem lines require immediate farm hydration. Please ensure your retail shop, design studio, or storage warehouse has designated clear courier instructions (e.g., "leave in a covered safe place") if your staff are away from the floor during the delivery window.

Commercial pricing and wholesale transit networks are restricted to mainland UK locations. We cannot offer wholesale fulfillment to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, or remote parts of the Scottish Highlands.
