Smith & Munson is a family business, but it could not flourish without the dedicated people who work alongside us.

From nurturing and harvesting our crops to grading, packing and caring for our customers, our team brings skill and attention to every part of the process. Many have worked with us for years, developing an understanding of our flowers that can only come through experience.

Every flower that leaves the farm has passed through many pairs of hands, and the quality associated with Smith & Munson belongs to the whole team.
